HOUSE: spacious double brick house situated on a quiet street with a lovely garden and neat backyard, with 24 hours CCTV security surveillance. You will exclusively use one of three bedrooms. Easy car parking or quick 6 minute walk to Beverly Hills train station & shops, 25 minutes train to City. Close to shops and a few Japanese restaurants. Close to King Georges Road, M5 Motorway, Roselands and Hurstville shopping centre.

RENT: $270 per week. All bills are included in the rent.

TENANT: you would be expected to be a tidy, responsible person with a steady income such as a paid job or student. We respect your privacy and freedom at your own room.
