very new house clean and quite house.

$240 per week include bills, 2 weeks bond. no minimum stay but need to give us 2 weeks notice. but we prefer to stay long share mates 🫶🏻

own single bed, table and chair, bed side table and wardrobe.

share bathroom with 2 share mates.

our share mates all full time worker and students, very quite and clean and all Koreans at the moment!

and we have very cute one dog!
