The place is about a 5-minute walk (approx. 600m) from the station, and conveniently located close to IGA and Hanaro Mart, so everything you need is within walking distance.

I’m usually out for work, so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself and can enjoy a quiet and comfortable living environment.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible and keeps the space clean. A brand new mattress and bed frame have just been purchased, so you’ll be using fresh, new furniture!
