Brioche by Philip is an award winning bakery and has become a Melbourne institution. We currently operate 5 retail stores with plans for additional stores over the next 3 years.
As such we are looking for full-time and part-time experienced bakers and pastry chefs to join our team and grow with us.
For full time, you will need to be available to work 5 days a week, included weekend shift, also able to working overnight commencing from 9pm to 5am.

– Location: Prahran, Victoria
– Salary: $54,000 to &64,000 plus super plus incentives
– Work type: Full-time / Part-time
The successful applicant will have the following:
– Experience working as a baker or pastry chef
– Good knowledge of pastry decoration
– Competent in operating, setting and adjusting ovens
– Competent with weighing and mixing ingredients
– Passion in baking and making food products
– Have a good knowledge of food and safety hygiene
– Ability to work under pressure
– Ability to work quickly and have a good attention to detail
– Strong work ethic
– Be a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $54,000.00 – $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:
– 8 hour shift
– Monday to Friday
– Night shift
Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus
Experience: 1 year of pastry chef (Preferred)
