I have a wonderful bedroom fully furnished for rent from 20/06/2022 for Japanese student.
Happy for either male or female may be for period 3 to 6 months possibly longer if required.
I have 2 children aged 12 years female, and 16 years boy, both A students and very well mannered and have been with Japanese students before.
The room available has 4 poster bed desk and ceiling fan and you will be sharing bathroom with my son.
We have a pool table and dart board for your entertainment, and bicycle to use.
We have a bus which stops outside the house for travel anywhere with ease.
We live 3 minutes to Harbour Town (famous shopping centre) and 5 minutes to the beach, and many parks very close.
I own my business and I work from home a lot of the time.
Our home is always kept very clean and expect the student to be clean and respectful.
We are a very friendly and loving family and wish to share our culture with same minded.
