Full Job Description
Cosmetics Store | Sales assistant and Store Supervisor

Based at our Burwood Store, the key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Providing friendly and professional customer service
Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice

Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
Supporting other team members, strong willingness to want to learn and achieve targets

Cashier and general store housekeeping

Provide weekly reports for all Sydney store’s display

Manage displays on a monthly basis for all Sydney stores (Parramatta/Townhall/Hurstville/ Macquarie store)

Skill and Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment or Makeup Artist is preferred but not essential

Strong communication skills (Bilingual is preferred: English and language other English)

The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively

Experience:

point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
