I have plan to travel overseas for a month.
During this time, if you are available, looking for a person (female) who has plan to live this period (15 Nov 2022 ~ 20 Dec 2022)

• It is 2bed room+ 2 bath unit so you will use your own ensuite room (Room including bath)
you will live with another share mate (Total two people will live in this house)
• Looking for a friendly and tidy person. We prefer a quiet person.
• All the floor made of white tile, not Carpet and very clean and tidy
• Amazing and stunning city view
• Price is $300 p/w with $300 deposit (includes all the other bills such as electricity, gas and internet)
• It’s good house to having relax time from work or study.
•The room includes personal single bed, desk and huge size of wall drove which has full body mirror.
•We provide unlimited internet and all about beds and kitchen. •It is located 10min away from city by walk and very close with Korean grocery store and other language school.
