Marusho Pure Rice Vinegar
From Murasho’s brewery in Yamada district, Hyogo Prefecture. Marusho takes great pride in this product which is brewed using the finest Nishiki rice, seed vinegar, and sake made from Kumano rice (produced in Shirahama district) with the traditional use of plum vinegar to suppress the growth of weeds, not chemicals.

Marusho Vintage Sushi Vinegar, a high-end seasoned rice vinegar using premium ingredients, such as natural Rishiri root kelp. This versatile vinegar can be used not only for sushi rice, but also for a wide range of vinegared dishes such as dressings by mixing with sesame oil or olive oil.

Marusho Champonzu is made from 5 types of fruit juice (Yuzu, Orange, Yuko, Kabosu, and Sudachi fruit juice) for a delicious and mild flavored ponzu sauce. You can use it for hot pot, grilled meat, grilled fish, salad ( You can mix it with sesame oil or olive oil), carpaccio, and grated radish.

Marusho Tosa Vinegar seasoned with soy sauce, bonito flakes and kelp, with a dash of mirin. A distinctive and versatile vinegar that can be used for a dipping sauce, salad dressing or marinade, or to liven up your hotpot.

Marusho Raw Squeezed Orange Ponzu is highly fragrant and full of flavor. Daidai Ponzu is a deliciously seasoned orange ponzu that uses plenty of oranges. It has long been said that daidai “removes oil”, so it can be used not only for hot pot dishes such as yellowtail shabu, but also for grilled meat, tataki, and grilled fish.

Marusho Hand Made Soup is seasoned with hand-fired bonito flakes, log-grown shiitake mushrooms, and natural Rishiri root kelp. Limited production based on the recipe of the Marusho brewer’s mother. Ready to use without diluting it. Tempura dipping sauce, simmered dishes, etc. Combine with a little “Tosa vinegar” to give your somen noodles a refreshing taste.
