My sharemates are from various countries such as Mongolia and Nepal, and the owner is English, so the English environment is very friendly.
Rent is $200 a week.
Bond is for 2 weeks.
When moving out, notification must be made at least two weeks in advance.
The owner cannot speak Japanese, so please speak English.
