Job Requirements:
Customer Service Experience
Phone and Email Communication with Customers and Vendors
Professional in Microsoft Office Products
Daily Responsibilities:
Daily schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Assist Customer Via Phone and Email with Warranty Claims, Order Issues or Inquiries
Process Return Requests Over the Phone or Via Email
Follow Up with Vendors on Pending Customer Returns and Merchandise Credits
Help Customers in our Retail Store with Local Returns or Order Modifications

Strong Phone, Written and Verbal Communication
Detailed
Organized
