4-5 min to Monash Hospital.

5 -6 min to Clayton station.

6-8 min to Coels, Asian market, and many groceries & restaurants.

If you have a car, less than 5 min to where I mentioned above.

2. Conditions

A two-level house.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house.

In your room, Queen size of bed, desk, chair, mirror, wardrobe and etc.

It is a huge room and big enough for a couple but I want a single person.

There is one girl living in the other room upstairs now.

So a bathroom and a toilet are only for two you and her.

The two rooms on the first floor are separated from each other with a bathroom and a toilet in between. So your Privacy will be well respected. Moreover my room and ensuite are on the ground floor. 

Toilet papers, detergent are provided for free.

All plates, pans, cups, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, an air fryer, two refrigerators, etc is shared.

Only non-smokers and female please.
