You and the other 2 sharemates have separate entry to the house so you privacy. We are friendly family and experienced in hosting international students and working holidays visitors. Our house is located in central Benowa/Ashmore, surrounded by shops, restaurants , schools and Pindara hospital hence convenient in finding jobs or attending school.There is a nearby bus stop with buses routes to Southport ( 10 minute bus to Imagine Ashmore/ Benowa, 15 minute bus to Southport or Southport Language schools) , Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach Pacific Fair.5 minutes walk to Ashmore Tafe. For those who loves to buy things on line, items or takeaway can easily drop off due to our highly accessible and central location. In spite of the convenience, our neighborhood is picturesque and quiet. Very nice for an exercise walk.
