Salary: starting from $55,000-$66,000 p.a + bonus ;

About the Role:
Sydney store coordinator is a full- time start-level role within the company. This role is to support our Sydney city leader for better management of our retail store section (6-8 different locations).This position reports directly to our Sydney city leader, and will be in close day-to day communication with headquarter.This role’s basic responsibilities are to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day management of our Sydney stores. They include but not limited to:
Assisting city leader with day-to-day store tasks like shift arrangements, hiring, training and monitoring team members;
Coordinating between different stores, warehouse and head office regularly to optimize stock management and allocation;
Guiding your team to bring a creative flair to visual merchandising, window dressing and general presentation on weekly basis;
Participating in regular competitive shop analysis to provide insights into inventory optimizing ;
Communicate with Sydney city leader and head office (warehouse and directors) on a daily base as the key linkage point Sydney retail section and head office.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in retail or retail management is high desirable but not necessary;
Love of stationery / aesthetic small goods;
Ability to think creatively and problem solve;
Good sense of retail aesthetic representation;
Good communication skills within Sydney team and externally with Sydney city leader and head office;
The ability to multitask and work effectively in a team and independently;
Mandarin or Japanese speaking preferred;
Intermediate plus English level;
Eligible visa to work in Australia;
Driving license is a must.
