Roommate for couple or single wanted!

I am looking for a single or couple roommate to stay at brand new unit house from 16 June.   4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse with clean and modern interior.   The room features queen bed, desk and chair, 3 drawers, and builtin closet. The house is located near Nerang and Queen street tram stations, only takes 5 mins by walk.   One station to Southport and to Griffith University. It’s really good for students as well. The house is really clean and quiet. All the sharemates are super nice and respect each other.
