Hi! My name is Shinnosuke Nishimura. I am a Japanese study abroad student at University of Melbourne. I am looking for someone who can take over my contract of my room at student accomodation. The agreement end date is February 14th 2024, and I am going to leave Melbourne for Japan on January 8th. You can stay in my room from 8th morning. The contract can be extended if you ask the reception to do that. The detail of my room is shown below;   Name of the building: Unilodge Lincoln House   Room number: 219   Where it is located: 125 Bouverie Street, Carlton, VIC   5 mins for a walk from The University of Melbourne   less than 10 mins from Queen Victoria Market   2 mins from Lincoln Square   Rent fee: $618.00 per fortnight (You are going to pay it to Unilodge after you start living in my room. Not me.)   What there are in my room: A single bed, closet, shelf, table, table light, heater, and fan   Advantages: You can take over what I have bought “for free”, such as food, bathroom accessories, bedding, and kitchen stuff including rice cooker. In total it is more than $1000.   ※No bathroom, fridge, kitchen is in your room. They are all shared by residents. In the ground floor there is a huge kitchen and everyone go down to cook something. There are seven bathrooms in each floor.   Only students(not only Unimelb students but also language school students) are allowed to live in this accomodation.   What I like about this accomodation: It is located near uni and supermarket. You can make friends easier than any other dormitory thanks to the shared kitchen. The residents and staff are nice and kind.   What I don’t like about this accomodation: These shared things get messy especially in midnight, but professional cleaners clean all of them in every morning. I have heard someone took other’s food in the shared fridge.
