Hello!This is a share house located in Coolangatta, Tweed Heads.We are looking for solo occupants or couples, regardless of gender, to move into the Master Room (with attached bathroom and balcony) or the Second Room (shared bathroom with one other person).The available move-in date is from August 7th.Master Room: – For 2 persons (couple, two males, or two females): $420 per week – For solo occupancy: $380 per weekSecond Room: – For solo occupancy: $270 per week – For two persons (please note that the room is small, so let us know if you’re interested!)Requirements for move-in are 2 weeks’ rent as payment, notice period, and a deposit.Bills are not included, except for internet which is included.The location is convenient with The Strand shopping centre, Tweed Heads shopping mall, the beach, and the bus terminal within a 10-minute walking distance.
