Looking for a native, Japanese speaker to teach basic Japanese to our dear daughter
who is 10 years old and very independent – here in Vanuatu for 3- 6 months.
You must be a person of good character with a positive, happy, cool disposition and an easy-
going personality. Someone who appreciates nature, the beach, outdoor activities, animals,
horseback riding, music and more.
The right person will have the chance of lifetime to experience living for six months + on a
tropical island in the South Pacific – in Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu. We will provide your
arrival and return flights, transportation, your own accomodation, organic meals and spending
money for day-to-day living. Together with a relaxed, stress-free environment surrounded by
trees/river/beach and greenery located just 15 minutes from the city centre.
We are an Australian / Vanuatu family who loves and respects Japanese culture, as we have
travelled to Japan several times and have lived in Kyoto. In fact, I speak Japanese and used to
operate a Japanese travel agency in Australia for quite a while. As a family, we are planning to
go back to Kyoto to live, which is why we would like our daughter to be able to speak and
write some Japanese.
This is an opportunity for you to enjoy living on a tropical island with a nice family surrounded
by nature. You will also be able to improve your English /french and experience a bohemian lifestyle.
