1. Breezy 3 bed house with very large, green backyard in leafy Labrador has two rooms for rent for an initial 6 month period and maybe more. One bedroom is large and has a large window facing onto the backyard picking up the breeze. The other is average size and has built in shelving and wardrobe with a window opening to covered outdoor area.

There is off street parking available and a garage/storage for bikes etc and also houses the laundry. There’s a full kitchen and large fridge with pantry space available for your food. Bruce and Susan, two short haired domestic cats, also live here so you’ll need to be cat friendly. The large room is $275/week for one person or $400 for two people. The remaining room is $225/week. Bills not included; we can discuss how this might work when I meet you when you come to view the room.
