Virtual Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for creating a world-class in-office experience for the tam to focus on their roles and make connections. This dynamic role will manage daily office operations, organize exciting events, handle facilities management, and provide support with hospitality in mind.

Tractor driver (hourly – base hourly wage ($29.33 start and rises to Level 2 hourly wage after 3 months)
-You must be proficient in manual driving.
-It is a tractor with a fork in front of a tractor like a forklift.
-It is to move the cage containing trays in the field.

Strawberry Picking (Standing)
-already started picking by hourly rate for hand picking and will it be piece rate work when more fruit (Cutting and withing will also work in the beginning.)
-It’s strawberries that grow on the table, so the amount of strawberries comes out consistently from the beginning.
-Based on the capability system, Payslip and Wage are sent every week, and second visa and third visa acquisitions are possible.

Strawberry Packing (Standing)
-busy so to work everyday at the moment, I’m recruiting experienced people first, and please contact beginners (preferred car owners)

Raspberry Picking (Standing)
