It takes 8 to 10 mins to the Market Square, Sunny Park, Sunnybank Plaza by foot.
It takes only 5 mins to Garden city by car.
There are some bus stops 10 – 13 mins away from the house to go to City, Griffith University, Garden city etc (130, 140, 139, 131, 137)
Aircon is built in and if you wanna use it, you can pay an extra $10/week.
For the private car park in the garage, it will be extra $20/week.
Including detergent (kitchen), kitchen stuff(airfryer, blender, , free wifi, built-in wardrobes, desk and chair, lamp, bedside table etc.
Only 4 people live in a 3 bedroom and 2.5 toilet house, so it will be kneat, clean, and quiet.
People who live here are hygienic, so you will enjoy the lovely and cozy atmosphere.
You can move in from now on.
