We are looking for  talented Eyelash Extensions Specialists with great customer service, high attention to detail and a bubbly personality to join our team at our sydney CBD, Working hours are flexible with approximately 20hrs to 36hrs offered per week.
About us:
Lash Blossom has boutique salons located in Sydney CBD specializing in Eyelash Extensions treatment. We are a customer experience-oriented salon that provides high attention to detail and tailored customer service to our clients. Our team of technicians enjoy creating art and take great satisfaction in giving customers the best experience and result.
What We look for in a candidate:                                             
Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, therefore high attention to detail, punctuality, high level of hygiene (well presented) and exceptional customer service are the main things we look for in a candidate. We also seek candidates who have a proactive, driven and work efficiently within a team.
Candidate Development:
All our team members have equal opportunity to grow, learn and take on more challenging roles as they progress with their skills. Team members will benefit from the continuous learning from senior members via mentorship. Fully sponsored further education and certification training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate eagerness to progress further in their career or roles. Suitable candidates will also have the opportunity to be promoted and take on managerial roles as the opportunity arises.
 
AVAILABLE ROLES:
EYELASH EXTENSIONS SPECIALIST
·Qualified or certified in both Classic and Russian Volume Eyelash Extensions (min 1 year experience in beauty industry)
·Must have a good reputation and portfolio of lash work
·Lash Perming and Tinting skill are desirable but not essential
 (No experience but wanting to become a lash stylist please contact us to discuss )
