住人は、オーナー(男性）とシェアメイト１名（男性）の２名です。住人はみんなゴルフ関連の仕事をしているゴルフ好きのフレンドリーな面々です。ゴルフの事ならいろいろと情報交換でます。ゴルフ好きなあなたなら大歓迎です！
車をお持ちの方ならサーファーズの中心部まで２０分、サウスポートまで１５分の便利な住居エリアで、庭が広いプール付きの一軒家です。バス停も近いので、車を持っていなくても大抵の所には通えます。
