家族3人(30代夫婦＋1歳息子)で住める場所を探しています！

現在、日本で夫と1歳8ヶ月の息子と暮らしています。2025年10月下旬（10/27〜1/22）に語学留学を兼ねてオーストラリアに約3ヶ月滞在予定です。語学学校はシドニー・メルボルン・ゴールドコースト・アデレード・ブリスベンから選べるため、いずれかの都市で家具付きの住居を探しています。
私たちは家族3人で暮らせる物件を希望しており、できれば渡航前に決め、到着後すぐ入居できる物件だと助かります。 また、都市部まで公共交通機関を使って約30分以内で到着できる場所だと嬉しいです。

I’m currently living in Japan with my husband and our 1 year and 8 month-old son. We are planning to stay in Australia for about three months from late October 2025 (October 27 – January 22) for language study. Since the language school allows us to choose from Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Adelaide, or Brisbane, we are looking for furnished accommodation in one of these cities.
We would like a property suitable for a family of three, ideally secured before our arrival so that we can move in immediately. Ideally, we’d like a place within about 30 minutes to the CBD by public transport.
If you know any useful information, rental options, or websites that list family-friendly properties, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
