– **Place**: 3 minutes from kenshington station, 10 minutes walk to tram station, and 15 minutes by train to CBD is a great location.
– **Rent**: $250/week
Minimum stay 3month

If you pay rent all at once, it will be cheaper as below.

$175/w 16 weeks
$180/w 12 weeks
$185/w 8 weeks
$190/w 4 weeks

(Includes utilities and Internet charges)
– **Date of occupancy**: From July 10th
