A fully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to the bus stops and 2 minutes drive to Varsity train station. Very close to Easy T Centre, Robina Town Centre, Aldi, restaurants and also Bond University.

The kitchen is accessible for you to use and rent is inclusive of water, electricity and internet.

You will be sharing the house with one Japanese lady whom you’ll share the bathroom with, and another tenant from Korea. Both are clean friendly and always busy in uni.

I have a cat named Rosie who is a resident of the property so someone who doesn’t mind a pet is more welcome.

The place is always maintained clean and this is to be expected for the future tenant. Must not mind the fortnightly cleanliness inspection from the owner as this has kept the place tidy.
