There is also a free bus to the city and back (the Spring Hill Loop) that leaves the top of the street every 15 minutes. The room is fully furnished with a king single bed, bedding, 2 large wardrobes, desk, desk chair and large arm chair. The rent includes all utilities including unlimited wifi. The common areas are cleaned every week.
