Inside Travel Group is currently accepting applications for a Travel Operations Assistant for our office in Brisbane with a view to joining the team in May 2023. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator with a good knowledge of travel operations and a passion for providing an excellent support service to our clients. As a Travel Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in making sure that all the services are booked appropriately, you will issue transport tickets/vouchers, and also process daily administrative tasks related to sales, such as sending brochures and printing, compiling and sending travel documents to our clients.
What’s required? You must hold a PR visa at the minimum. You will be making reservations with suppliers in Japan, so you will need advanced level of Japanese (Minimum JLPT 2). You will also need advanced level of English both written and spoken as we liaise with Travel Consultants who are native English speakers.
What’s on offer? This is full time role, working 5 days a week in our office in Toowong, Brisbane at first. Some work from home may be possible after the probation period (6 months). A generous base salary of $46,229, performance bonus scheme and superannuation is on offer.
