Job Description(業務内容)
– Generate and issue invoices and DO (Delivery Order).
– Communicate with customers and adhere to guidelines, record sales amount and track sales performance.
– Coordinate with logistics team for importing matters and to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders.
– Accounts Receivable/Payable
– Prepare and consolidate month-end documents (Sales Summary/Purchase Summary/Inventory/Products Checklist etc.).
– Sales support and Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
– Organize and update company HR personal records and documentation.
