Position(職種):Administrator(事務員)

 

Working Place(住所):Suite 11, 16-18 Malvern Ave, Chatswood, NSW 2067

 

Working Hours(勤務時間):Full Time(Monday to Friday 8:30am ~ 17:00pm)

 

Holiday(休み):Saturday and Sunday, Public holiday

 

Benefits(その他手当): Paid Leave, Annual Bonus

 

Requirements(応募条件): ①Basic computer skills (MS Office)

②English (Advanced Level)

③Australian or Australia PR only  ※ワーキングホリデービザ不可

 

 Job Description(業務内容)

– Generate and issue invoices and DO (Delivery Order).

– Communicate with customers and adhere to guidelines, record sales amount and track sales performance.

– Coordinate with logistics team for importing matters and to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders.

– Accounts Receivable/Payable

– Prepare and consolidate month-end documents (Sales Summary/Purchase Summary/Inventory/Products Checklist etc.).

– Sales support and Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

– Organize and update company HR personal records and documentation.
